By creating an account on HotelOS you agree to these terms. This is placeholder text — replace it with terms reviewed by your counsel before opening sign-ups to the public.

You may use HotelOS to operate a legitimate hospitality business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you put into the system, for your guests' data, and for paying any fees Stripe charges on transactions you accept through the Service.

• No fraudulent listings or charges.
• No spam to guest email addresses.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or load-testing without permission.

You may delete your account (and all your data) at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we will provide reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
