Privacy Policy

HotelOS (the “Service”) is a hotel management platform. This page describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It is a placeholder template — replace with copy reviewed by your counsel before going to production.

• Account data: name, email, organization, and authentication identifiers via Clerk.
• Hotel data: hotel name, slug, custom domain, currency, timezone, address, theme, and operational settings.
• Guest data (controller-of-record: the hotel): name, email, phone, notes, booking history. We process this as the hotel's data processor.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe Connect. We never see card numbers.
• Operational logs: request metadata, error traces, and audit log entries (who did what in the dashboard).

If you are a guest of one of our hotel customers, please contact the hotel directly for access, correction, or deletion of your data — they are the data controller. If you are a hotel using HotelOS, every property has a “Data export” button in Settings, and you can request a full deletion at any time.
